1. About Us
Volexi is a trading name of JOLTCLICK LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15175103, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. References to "Volexi", "we", "us" or "our" in these Terms of Service mean JOLTCLICK LTD.

2. The Service
Volexi provides an AI-powered architectural rendering web application available at volexi.com. The service lets architects, interior designers, and real estate professionals transform architectural sketches, 3D model exports (including from SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, Archicad, Blender and 3ds Max) and other source images into photorealistic renders, apply AI-powered edits, and generate higher-resolution outputs. Access to the service requires an account.
3. Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction to use Volexi. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@volexi.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- Upload images, models or content you do not own or have permission to use, or content that infringes any third-party rights.
- Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or depicts real people without their consent.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, extract or replicate our AI models, system prompts, or infrastructure.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the service without our prior written consent.
- Interfere with the service, attempt to circumvent rate limits, or submit content designed to harm our systems or other users.
5. Credits, Pricing & Payment
Volexi operates on a prepaid credit model. You purchase credit packs as one-off payments, and credits are consumed per render, edit or upscale inside the web app. Credit pack prices are displayed on the pricing page in the application before you pay. All payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Stripe collects and processes your payment details; Volexi does not store full card numbers.
New accounts receive a small number of free trial credits. Credits purchased do not expire. Prices and credit pack structures may change from time to time; changes apply only to future purchases.
All prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout. Where VAT or other applicable taxes are payable, they will be calculated and displayed before you confirm your purchase.
6. Refunds & Consumer Cancellation Rights (UK)
Digital content — your statutory right to cancel. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you are a consumer (a private individual buying for purposes outside your trade, business, craft or profession) resident in the UK or EU, you normally have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel a contract for digital content and receive a refund.
However, you expressly lose this right the moment any purchased credit is consumed. By buying credits and using the service you explicitly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that your 14-day right of withdrawal is waived for any credits you have already used. Credits that remain unused after purchase can be refunded on request within 14 days of the purchase date by emailing hello@volexi.com.
Discretionary refunds. Outside the 14-day window, or for business customers, credits are non-refundable once purchased. We may issue a refund at our discretion if (a) the service fails to deliver a render due to a confirmed platform error on our side and we cannot successfully retry the job, or (b) you were incorrectly charged.
How to request a refund or cancel. Email hello@volexi.com from the address associated with your account with your order details. Valid refund requests are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of our confirmation.
Cancelling your account. You may close your account at any time from the account settings page or by emailing hello@volexi.com. Closing your account does not by itself trigger a refund of unused credits; if you want unused credits refunded, request this before closure within the 14-day window described above.
7. Intellectual Property & Licence
You retain ownership of the source images, drawings and models you upload. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Volexi grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the rendered outputs generated through the service for any lawful purpose, including commercial use in your own architectural, interior design or real estate projects.
By uploading content, you grant Volexi a limited licence to process, store and transmit that content solely for the purpose of operating the service (including routing your inputs to our third-party AI processors as described in our Privacy Policy). Volexi retains all rights in its software, AI pipelines, prompts, models, and branding.
8. AI Outputs
AI-generated outputs are probabilistic. Volexi makes no guarantee that a render will exactly match your expectations or that any specific visual result will be achieved. Outputs may contain artefacts, inaccuracies, or unexpected variations. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them commercially or presenting them to clients.
9. Service Availability
We aim to keep the service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the service for maintenance, security, or to make changes, and will try to give reasonable notice where practical.
10. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under UK law (including, where you are a consumer, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015).
Subject to the paragraph above, and to the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind; (b) we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunities; and (c) our total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with the service in any rolling 12-month period is limited to the total amount you have paid to Volexi for credits during that period.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, or if we reasonably believe termination is necessary to protect other users, third parties or our business. Where your account is terminated for cause, unused credits may be forfeited. You may terminate your account at any time as described in section 6.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify you by email or through the app before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of them (including non-contractual disputes) are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that if you are a consumer resident in another part of the UK or the EU you may also bring proceedings in your country of residence, and the mandatory consumer protection laws of that country continue to apply to you.
EU consumers can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
